How this website handles information, project enquiries and external services.
Pre-launch notice. KOSP must confirm its retention and enquiry-processing arrangements before public launch. This notice describes the current codebase and is not a claim of completed legal compliance.
Information you choose to provide
The project enquiry form asks for your name, organization, email, phone, location, project type, property type, estimated energy requirement and message. Do not include payment credentials, identity documents or sensitive information in the message.
When information is sent
Online submission is currently disabled. Form entries remain in the current page and are not sent to KOSP by this application. Downloading an enquiry creates a text file on your device. It does not send it to KOSP. Form entries are not saved by this application in browser storage.
Hosting and third parties
When hosted on Netlify, the hosting provider may receive technical connection information such as an IP address and request logs. The configured enquiry backend uses Resend to forward enquiries to KOSP’s confirmed Gmail inbox when activated. Illustrative photographs may be loaded from Pexels and Wikimedia, which receive connection information when your browser requests them. Followed social links open third-party services governed by their own policies.
Cookies and analytics
This codebase does not set analytics cookies, include tracking scripts or create user accounts. Fonts are served locally. Hosting or future integrations may introduce additional processing; the notice must be updated before those are enabled.
Retention and access
Enquiries are directed to the confirmed KOSP contact email below. Before activating online delivery, KOSP must document the basis for processing, retention periods, access to the receiving inbox and any applicable international transfers. Those operational details still require confirmation.
